Newsletter sign-ups are passed to OnRole’s self-hosted Listmonk newsletter service, which sends the confirmation and newsletter emails through Amazon Simple Email Service. A newsletter subscription is kept until you unsubscribe.
The forms send enquiry details to a designated team inbox using Amazon Simple Email Service. Delivery therefore involves the email provider and the systems used to receive and respond to the message. Website hosting, email delivery and linked products may involve infrastructure in different locations.
5. Sign-in records for your OnRole account
When you sign in to an OnRole product with your OnRole account, OnRole Auth keeps a record of that sign-in. The record shows when you signed in, the type of device and browser you used, which OnRole product you signed in to, and an approximate city, region and country worked out from your network connection. It never includes your precise location.
The record also includes the IP addressIP addressA network address used to send information between connected systems.
